Rental policy

All orders must be approved by one of our company representative before it is confirmed.

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the shipping date. No change or cancellation can be made after this period.

It is very important that you take the time to check the items as soon as you receive them. You must advise us of a mistake (wrong colour or dimension) at the latest 24 hours after the reception of your order (based on the date of reception indicated on the delivery slip of the shipping company).

Nappetablecloth.com is not responsible for delivery delays of the shipping company.

Nappetablecloth.com is not responsible if the chair covers do not fit on your chairs. Our chair covers are made to fit on most folding chairs and banquet chairs; however, we strongly suggest that you order a chair cover sample to verify that it fits on your chairs
