How much time in advance should I send my order to receive it on time?
We recommend that you order on Tuesday afternoon at the latest if your event is taking place on Friday of the same week, which is a delay of at least two and a half days.
However, it is better to order as soon as you can and to tell us the date of your event and we will organise the shipment of your order accordingly.
Is it possible to have a tablecloth sample to be really sure of the colour?
Yes, you can get a sample of fabric swatch in one of the colours that we have available for our tablecloths for a price of 1$ each.
Is it possible to modify an order after it has been processed online?
Yes, orders can be modified until 48 hours before the shipping date.
Which payment options are available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay cash if you come and pick up your order directly at our warehouse. Cheques are not accepted.
Which method is used to deliver the items?
Items are delivered by a shipping company. You can also come and pick up items directly at our warehouse to avoid shipping fees.
How long is the rental period?
Items are rented for a period of seven days, starting on the day that you receive the items.
Do you also offer the option to buy items?
Yes, we also sell new items directly on our website or you can also buy items that you rented after the rental period is over.

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00. We will be glad to answer your questions by phone or by email during our business hours.
However to avoid mistakes, please note that all orders must be made online through our website. You can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. An order confirmation will be sent to you after we receive your order.
